We are currently seeking an Assistant Pensions Officer to join our team and assist in the management and administration of the award-winning Dyfed Pension Fund, which administers the Local Government Pension Scheme for a number of employers, including the Police and Fire Pension Schemes
We are a busy section and pride ourselves in providing the best service we can to our pension scheme members and pensioners. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual who is numerate and thrives on being part of a busy team.
Your duties will include:
Responding to member queries and providing support and guidance as required
Processing pension scheme member data accurately and efficiently.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders,
You will also need:
Good communication, team working and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
