At RPB+Coffee, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality coffee and warm hospitality in a relaxed, community-focused setting. As our Lead Barista, you'll play a key role in keeping our coffee standards high, mentoring team members, and helping us continue to create a welcoming space for our customers.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a barista role, ideally with leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, latte art and a passion for quality
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude with great communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who leads by example and brings good vibes to the team
