Nursery Room Leader - Level 3 Qualified
Millennium First Steps Nursery are seeking to employ qualified Nursery Room Lead Educator to work within their team based in Hitchin. We operate out of a large spacious building located right by the Hitchin Train Station.
Salary : Up to £30,420 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications. Must have level 3 minimum in early years childcare.
You will be working full time or part-time hours per week Monday - Friday shift pattern between the opening hours of the nursery.
Positions available with an immediate start.
Purpose of the Post:
- To contribute a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the Setting;
- To give support to other personnel within the Setting;
- To implement the daily routine in the base room.
- Effective planning and next steps relevant to children in the room.
- Delegate and lead the staff team in the room.

- Work with Children;
- Team Work;
- Liaise with Parents/carers.

Manager
