We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty salon. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and specialised designs.
- Deliver additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application upon client request.
- Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalised recommendations.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in, and payment processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas according to health regulations.
- Utilise social media platforms to promote salon services, special offers, and new trends to attract new clients.
- Upsell additional treatments or products to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Assist with guest services to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Support management with organisational tasks and contribute to a positive team environment.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong management skills with the ability to organise appointments efficiently.
- Excellent social media management skills to enhance online presence.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in front desk operations including booking systems and point-of-sale procedures.
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage, and barbering is desirable.
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining client satisfaction.
- A friendly demeanour with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to new trends in beauty treatments and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
