❤ What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing as their Key Person.
- Planning exciting, play-based activities that inspire children every day.
- Creating a safe, happy, and nurturing environment where children can flourish.
- Building strong relationships with families and colleagues.
- Following the EYFS framework while maintaining the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
❤ What We're Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification.
- Passion for helping children learn and grow.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding.
- Friendly, positive, and caring approach.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
