We are looking for an experienced, highly innovative, resourceful and compassionate Service Manager to lead a new team of Support Workers supporting gentlemen who have complex needs, sensory impairment, Autism and learning disabilities. Reporting to our Service Delivery Manager, the role will include a mix of support and management time and based in a lovely homely supported living service in Coedpoeth, Wrexham.
The role is challenging and a fantastic opportunity for an inspirational leader, experienced in providing services to people with complex needs, who is committed to the principles of Active Support and Positive Behaviour Management; to make a difference to peoples lives every day.
You will form an integral part of the management team, working with the Service Delivery Manager to make sure people live well and are supported by their established team of Support Workers. You will also form part of a management on-call rota.
