Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors to maintain a spotless environment
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with safety protocols
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper handling procedures, and safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
