Hamleys is looking for a creative Experience & Entertainment Manager who will bring energy, imagination and theatre to the world's finest toy shop. Not only will you be managing the Hamleys Entertainment Team & daily operations, you will also be at the heart of the customer experience; creating magical memories and bringing the store to life by confidently performing in character as our Hamleys Ring Master for the store. You’ll develop and create theatre, events and entertainment for the store by developing new characters, produce quality scripts and new performance pieces. You will also oversee the iconic Hamleys Christmas Grotto, Parties, Sleepovers, VIP tours & Personal Shopping, and will work closely alongside the Marketing team on lots of other exciting events taking place at our Flagship store.
