BRAND PARTNERSHIPS EXECUTIVE

LANX is a rapidly growing Lancashire-based footwear brand celebrated for its quality footwear for both men and women. Since its inception at a local market stall in 2018, LANX has witnessed remarkable growth. Boasting a dedicated team of 60+ staff and growing, attending 20+ major UK events annually, a store in Manchester’s bustling Northern Quarter, and official footwear supplier to some of the UK’s finest sports teams; Harlequins, Leicester Tigers, Sale Sharks to name a few. LANX is on an ambitious path of further growth and is eager to expand the team with people that share our values and commitment to quality.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
To help build meaningful relationships with influential individuals, brands, businesses, events, hospitality partners and organisations that amplify the LANX story, increase brand visibility, and create opportunities for more people to discover, experience and talk about LANX.
The role will focus on helping to develop strategic partnerships that strengthen brand awareness, expand our reach into new audiences, and position LANX as a leading British footwear brand through authentic collaborations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the management of relationships with LANX ambassadors, influencers, content creators and sports club partners.
- Assist with the coordination of product gifting, partnerships and content campaigns to increase brand and product awareness.
- Support the planning and delivery of seasonal content projects, influencer activations and digital media campaigns.
- Help identify, research and build relationships with new influencers, creators, brands and partnership opportunities.
- Assist with the creation of campaign briefs, content collection and organisation of campaign assets.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, including engagement, traffic and code usage.
- Support the identification and delivery of lead generation opportunities through competitions, brand collaborations and strategic partnerships.
- Assist with print PR activity and opportunities to increase brand exposure across relevant media channels.
- Support the administration of product requests and help ensure partnership campaigns are delivered smoothly and on time.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in partnerships, marketing, PR, influencer marketing, events or a similar role.
- Strong relationship-building, networking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of brand marketing and customer acquisition.
- Creative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for British brands, lifestyle marketing and storytelling.
- An appreciation for the LANX brand and its values.

WORKING DAY & HOURS:
- Full time
- Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5pm
PLACE OF WORK:
- LANX HQ, Whalley, BB7 9YE
- Thursdays only are available as a work from home day
ANNUAL LEAVE:
- Permitted 28 days annual leave per year
- There may be a Christmas shut down in December for all staff, for which annual leave must be used, dates tbc
- Please note bank holidays are regarded as normal working days at LANX - however staff may request these as annual leave
MUST WORK:
- 1x day over our annual Sample Sale Weekend - usually March, date tbc
- 1x additional days around Black Friday - usually end of Nov
- For the above additional days annual leave will be granted, or you can be paid 1.5 your normal day rate
