Essential Criteria — All Must Be Met
✓ Currently living in Neath or Port Talbot
✓ On a Skilled Worker or Health & Care Worker Visa
✓ Require sponsorship renewal or transfer
✓ Previous UK care experience
✓ Hold a full UK Driving Licence
✓ Access to your own reliable vehicle
✓ Available for shifts: 07:00–14:00 or 15:30–20:00
✓ Available to work alternate weekends
✓ Compassionate, reliable and professional attitude
✓ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✓ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Competitive Pay Rates
MON – FRI
£14.25
per hour
WEEKENDS
£18.00
per hour
BANK HOLIDAYS
£20.25
per hour

Your Role & Responsibilities
▸ Supporting clients with personal care, dressing, hygiene and mobility
▸ Meal preparation and assistance with nutritional needs
▸ Medication management and adherence to prescribed routines
▸ Providing companionship and emotional support
▸ Promoting independence and wellbeing
▸ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records
▸ Light housekeeping duties
Available Shifts
Morning: 07:00 – 14:00
Evening: 15:30 – 20:00
Alternate Weekends Required
