We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to review operational workflows, identify inefficiencies and support practical business improvements across client and internal projects.
You will work closely with stakeholders, operational teams and technology specialists to understand current processes, gather requirements and translate business needs into clear recommendations. This is a hands on mid level role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data and helping teams operate more effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis:
Review current business processes and document workflows, responsibilities, systems and areas of inefficiency.
Requirements Gathering:
Conduct meetings, interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and expected outcomes.
Process Documentation:
Create process maps, business requirements, standard operating procedures and supporting project documentation.
Improvement Recommendations:
Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce delays, improve service quality and strengthen operational controls.
Data Analysis:
Review operational data, performance reports and key metrics to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
Stakeholder Communication:
Present findings and recommendations clearly to managers, project teams and operational stakeholders.
Project Support:
Assist with the implementation of approved process changes, system improvements and operational initiatives.
Testing and Validation:
Support user acceptance testing and confirm that new processes or system changes meet agreed business requirements.
Performance Monitoring:
Track the results of implemented improvements and help prepare reports on efficiency, quality and service performance.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 2 to 4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations analysis or a similar role.
Business Analysis Skills:
Strong ability to gather requirements, analyse workflows and convert complex information into clear recommendations.
Process Mapping:
Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures or business requirements documentation.
Analytical Ability:
Confidence working with operational data, reports and performance indicators to support informed decisions.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with stakeholders at different levels.
Technical Skills:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Visio or similar process mapping tools.
Organisation:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate documentation and meet agreed deadlines.
Mindset:
You are practical, curious and detail focused. You are comfortable asking questions, challenging inefficient processes and recommending realistic improvements.
Pay: £50,128.00-£60,000.00 per year
