We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and knowledgeable On-Trade Sales Lead to drive the relaunch of our premium soft drink line within select hospitality and cultural spaces. This role is pivotal in securing high-signal placements—including boutique hotels, high-end restaurants, bars, and creative spaces—through curated, relationship-led selling. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of premium brand positioning, a strong knowledge of the London hospitality scene, and the sheer drive to open doors independently. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to put their stamp on a luxury lifestyle house and influence our presence in top-tier venues.
Responsibilities
- Drive Business Development: Proactively identify and target high-signal, premium venues that align with our brand's luxury aesthetic and lifestyle positioning.
- Cultivate and Secure Placements: Hustle to introduce the brand into aligned venues, converting initial connections into menu, fridge, and minibar placements.
- Execute Relationship-Led Sales: Facilitate engaging product tastings and tailored presentations for discerning hospitality buyers and decision-makers.
- Manage Account Pipeline: Build a highly curated pipeline of quality accounts and establish a consistent, reliable reorder rhythm.
- Maintain Clean Reporting: Manage the sales pipeline independently, keeping tracking systems clean, transparent, and up to date.
- Protect Brand Positioning: Act as a proud ambassador for the brand, ensuring all sales initiatives reflect our high taste level and understated tone.
Experience & Attributes
- Deep Hospitality Knowledge: A strong understanding of the on-trade landscape, key venue types, and current beverage trends (London focus preferred).
- High Motivation & Initiative: A self-starter mindset with the energy, confidence, and resilience required to pitch premium buyers and open doors from scratch.
- Brand Alignment & Taste: An innate appreciation for premium aesthetic, lifestyle culture, and the discretion required to represent an understated brand.
- Relationship Builder: Natural communication skills with the ability to build quick, genuine rapport with hospitality professionals.
- Organized & Autonomous: Highly disciplined and comfortable working independently without needing constant supervision to keep the momentum going.

Pay: £24,420.00-£50,635.96 per year
