Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and energetic Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensure a pleasant dining experience, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers warmly and professionally.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Process bills and handle cash or card payments accurately.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
