Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and builder gel
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area and tools.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored services.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art and techniques.
- Ensure that all products used are safe and suitable for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients in English to provide excellent customer service.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques is an advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A valid qualification or certification in nail technology is required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
