- Proven experience as a barista in a busy café environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, latte art, and grinder calibration
- A warm, welcoming personality with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
- A reliable and positive team player
