Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (Casual) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing individual needs and developing personalized care plans
- Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with prescribed orders and protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs, respond promptly to changes in condition, and document all observations thoroughly
- Assist with diagnostic procedures, treatments, and other clinical interventions as directed by physicians or senior staff
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medication usage, and post-discharge care instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that adheres to infection control standards
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes
Skills
- Proven experience in patient care across diverse healthcare settings with a focus on compassionate service
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy to understand physiological processes and support accurate assessments
- Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding dosages, contraindications, and potential side effects
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information to patients, families, and team members
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and documentation procedures required for nursing practice

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
