We are looking for an ambitious, capable, and highly organised individual to join our growing retail team.
This is not a standard retail sales role. We are seeking someone who wants to build a long-term career within the business, learn every aspect of retail operations, and progress into a leadership position as they demonstrate capability and results.
The successful candidate will initially be involved in all areas of the business, from customer service and sales through to stock management, merchandising, and operational support. As you develop your knowledge and leadership skills, there will be a clear pathway towards a senior management position with increasing responsibility and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with customers and drive sales performance.
- Assist with stock control, inventory management, and replenishment.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising.
- Support daily operational processes and procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing the store.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Learn and contribute to all areas of the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
- Support and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Future Responsibilities and Progression
