Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Cluster Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy and revenue growth across multiple hotel properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving corporate, leisure, MICE, and group business while leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
The successful candidate should have extensive experience in hotel sales, business development, key account management, and revenue generation within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, occupancy, and ADR targets across multiple hotel properties.
- Identify and secure new corporate, leisure, MICE, and group business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel management companies, travel agencies, event planners, and key business partners.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
- Represent the hotel group at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
Revenue Growth
- Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize RevPAR.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business development plans.
- Drive cross-selling opportunities across all hotels within the cluster.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the cluster sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to company sales standards and processes.
Account Management
- Develop and manage strategic corporate accounts.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and preferred rates.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and long-term client retention.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and hotel sales systems.
- Work closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and General Managers to achieve overall business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of hotel sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing sales across multiple hotel properties or clusters.
- Strong understanding of hotel sales, revenue management, distribution channels, and market segmentation.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM/PMS systems.
- Willingness to travel between hotel locations as required.

Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in hotel sales, business development, or commercial leadership, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets within the hospitality industry.
