We are looking for an experienced and reliable Shop Fitter / Joiner / Multi-Trader to join our growing team.
At Interior Shop Fitters, we specialise in full turnkey shop fit-outs, taking projects from strip-out to completion. Our work includes everything from first fix through to second fix and full front of house finishes. We also carry out selected residential projects.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, takes pride in their work, and has a strong all-round understanding of construction and shop fitting.
Key Responsibilities:
- General shop fitting and joinery work
- First fix and second fix carpentry
- Installing door frames, stud walls, counters, panels and bespoke features
- Assisting with full shop fit-outs from start to finish
- Working on front of house finishes to a high standard
- Supporting on-site team across multiple trades
Requirements:
- Strong carpentry and joinery skills (essential)
- Experience in shop fitting or commercial fit-outs (preferred)
- Multi-trade knowledge (basic plumbing, electrics, general building work)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel and stay away when required
- Full UK driving licence preferred
