- Ensure all guests receive warm, friendly, and personalized service through excellent face-to-face interactions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly with a positive attitude, aiming for swift resolutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality settings, preferably in supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of guest services principles and hospitality best practices
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest engagement
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
