Rate of pay: £12.72 starting rate reviewed after 3 months
Location: Clarendon Lodge Medical Practice, Leamington, CV32 5SS
Hours: 37 per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:45am and 6:30pm
Are you an organised, resilient and compassionate individual who enjoys helping others? We're looking for a Care Navigator to join our friendly, supportive GP Reception Team.
This is a busy and rewarding front-line role where no two days are the same. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important part in helping them access the right care at the right time. You'll need to be confident managing a high volume of enquiries, remain calm under pressure and genuinely enjoy supporting people.
The Role
As a Care Navigator, you will:
- Welcome patients and provide a professional, friendly first point of contact.
- Answer a high volume of telephone calls and deal with face-to-face enquiries.
- Book appointments and signpost patients to the most appropriate clinician or service.
- Carry out a range of administrative duties accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with GPs, nurses and the wider practice team to deliver excellent patient care.

- Is flexible, proactive and willing to learn and develop within the role.
Previous experience in a GP practice or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
