We are looking for a proactive and technically capable IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day IT support across our business. This is a varied, hands-on role covering user support, Microsoft 365, device and endpoint management, networking, communications, security and general IT administration.
You will support our office-based team as well as elements of our wider surveyor network and work directly with external IT and technology suppliers where required.
We are looking for someone who already has practical IT support experience and is comfortable working independently, troubleshooting problems and taking ownership of issues through to resolution. This is an OFFICE based position and cannot accommodate hybrid or flexible working requests as the position requires On-Site assistance.
