Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidate will be integral in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operation during service hours. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism and attentiveness
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness of the dining area throughout service
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Uphold excellent customer service standards to enhance guest experience
- Maintain a tidy work environment in line with health and safety regulations
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Experience in food safety practices and food preparation is beneficial
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service skills are advantageous
- A friendly demeanour with strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure is essential

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
