Dream Doors Doncaster is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Showroom Growth Manager to help drive the next stage of growth as we target £1.2 million annual turnover.
This is not a standard showroom sales role, you will ideally have KBB experience and be strong in personal 121 sales with customers.
We need someone who can turn enquiries into appointments, appointments into customers, and customers into advocates. Someone who understands that success comes from pace, follow-up, attention to detail, and delivering an excellent customer journey from first enquiry to final installation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Sales & Lead Conversion
· Manage inbound enquiries from website, brochures, calls, walk-ins and social media
· Contact new leads quickly and professionally
· Book home appointments and showroom consultations
· Follow up quotes and open opportunities consistently
· Help maximise showroom conversion rates and sales value
· Maintain an active sales pipeline at all times
Customer Experience
· Deliver a warm, professional showroom experience
· Visit customers in their homes to deliver quality quotes and convert into sales
· Keep customers updated throughout their journey
· Generate reviews, referrals and repeat business
· Support smooth handovers from sale to installation
Marketing & Growth
· Help coordinate local Facebook and digital campaigns
· Keep Google Business Profile active with updates and posts
· Support promotional activity and local brand awareness
· Track lead sources and identify what is working best
Business Performance
· Use CRM systems to manage opportunities and reporting
· Maintain accurate records and pipeline forecasts
· Work closely with the owner to hit monthly and annual targets
· Take ownership of results and constantly look for improvements
· This could be the next step to owning your own franchise
What We’re Looking For
You may come from showroom retail, kitchens, bathrooms, home improvement, estate agency, automotive, hospitality, or another customer-focused sales background.
