Summary:
As a Back of House Operative, you’ll help keep the behind-the-scenes areas of the hotel clean, organized, and running smoothly. You’ll assist with cleaning, organizing supplies, and supporting the kitchen and other teams to ensure everything operates efficiently.

About YOU:
As a BOH operative you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the areas of a restaurant, hotel, or other food service establishment that are not customer-facing under pressure.
You will have a good attention to details and time management and able to deliver an efficient operation with regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Clean the kitchen, storage areas, staff areas, and other back-of-house spaces.
· Restock ingredients and supplies for the next day.
· Help with deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and appliances.
· Help receive, store, and organize food and cleaning supplies.
· Check deliveries and make sure everything is stored properly.
· Sort and dispose of waste and recycling correctly.
· Keep waste areas tidy.
· Assist kitchen staff by moving ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
· Help keep kitchen work areas clean during busy times.
· Follow safety and hygiene rules to keep the kitchen safe and clean.
· Report any safety or equipment problems to supervisors.
· Work closely with kitchen and other hotel staff to make sure everything runs smoothly.
· Communicate with team members to ensure smooth handovers.
· Help with any prep work needed for the morning shift
Job Types: part-time, Zero hours contract ( 2 to 4 days a week )
