Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front of house staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assist in training new employees on service standards, food safety, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly regarding food safety.
- Help manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hotel setting is essential.
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food production processes, and kitchen operations.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively while promoting a positive work culture.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff alike.
