Role Summary
The Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail locations. This role involves leading by example, supporting store management, and ensuring excellent standards of customer service, visual presentation, and team performance in line with United Peaks’ values and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store or kiosk operations
- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve sales and service targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Havaianas, Happy Socks, and Barts
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards are followed
- Assist with stock management, including deliveries, replenishment, and stock control
- Support visual merchandising to ensure products are displayed to brand guidelines
- Train new starters and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Support the implementation of promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous supervisory or key-holder experience in a retail environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience within fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail is an advantage
- A positive, flexible, and hands-on approach
