Overview:
We are looking for a talented new member of staff to join our fantastic store in delivering exceptional results and providing exceptional service to our customers to help us maintain our number one position as in the UK.
Join us at Tile Mountain's newly expanded showroom, featuring a curated bathroom showroom within our established tile showroom. We’re searching for a dynamic, detail-oriented Sales Assistant with a passion for customer service. This role involves guiding customers to find solutions tailored to their bathroom needs, ensuring each visit to our showroom is both inspiring and productive. Having a background in the Bathroom industry would be beneficial but not essential as full product knowledge training will be provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing a warm welcome and valuable insights for their bathroom projects.
- Offer knowledgeable advice on bathroom products, styles, and layouts to meet diverse customer needs.
- Recommend products and design solutions, tailored to individual preferences and requirements.
- Handle customer orders, process payments, and provide updates on stock and delivery timelines.
- Maintain showroom presentation and cleanliness to provide an inviting experience for every customer.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for understanding and responding to customer needs.
- Background in bathroom products or home improvement retail preferred.
- Ability to multitask effectively, staying organized and proactive.
- Proven customer service skills and a passion for helping customers create their dream spaces.
- Flexibility to cover showroom hours, including weekends on a rotating schedule.

Standard hours of work are:
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00 with 1 hour lunch
Saturday (on a Rota basis with 1 day off in the week) 09:00 – 17:00
Sunday (on a Rota basis with 1 day off in the week) 10:00 – 16:00
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,436.80 per year
