Customer Service & Administration Assistant
Location: Village Pharmacy Hub - LE2 6BR
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.15 AM – 6.15 PM
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy team in a community pharmacy. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls and assisting with patient and healthcare professional queries
- Processing paperwork and managing stock
- Keeping the pharmacy hub organised and running smoothly
Opportunities for Growth:
This is a newly created role, offering the potential to grow within the company. Initially focused on administration and customer service, there is an opportunity to train as a pharmacy dispenser and gain a Level 2 qualification.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential—full training will be provided
- Having previous dispensing experience would also be an advantage
