The Role
As Deputy Venue Manager, you will be right at the center of the action, supporting the Venue Manager, leading shifts and making sure that every session delivers that signature Circuit energy. Your job is to keep standards high, the team sharp and the venue thriving.
Lead the Team
Motivate, train and support a team who bring personality, pace and great service every single night. You will set the tone and keep everyone aligned with the Circuit way of doing things.
Own the Floor
Run shifts with confidence. Ensure that the venue is smooth, safe, on brand and always ready for the crowd. You’ll be the go-to on the ground, solving problems quickly and keeping the energy high.
Boost Business
Work with the management and marketing teams to help deliver events, promotions, and initiatives that drive sales, packed, and unforgettable nights.
Keep Operations Tight
Stay on top of stock, cash handling, venues checks, compliance and health & safety. All while staying present on the floor during trading sessions. You will balance operational oversight with being visible in the venue where it most matters.
Deliver Standout Guest Experience

Who you Are
- You have been a Deputy or Senior Assistant in a late night, face paced venue or you are ready to step up with solid experience behind you.
- You bring serious energy. Charismatic, confident, and calm when it counts.
- You understand nightlife and culture. You know what keeps coming back and how to create an environment where they want to stay.
- You lead from the front, are switched on and always ready to get stuck in.
- You hold a UK Personal License and understand licensing and compliance.
- You solve problems quickly, make smart decisions and don't let the pace throw you off.
