Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and landscape maintenance, with hands-on experience in gardening. This role is essential for ensuring that our clients grounds are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing, contributing to the overall environment of our clients properties.
This role will include exterior cleaning of properties with tasks involving pressure washing, render cleaning, upvc cleaning and roof cleaning with other services offered.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance activities.
- Assist in the cleaning of property exteriors effectively amd efficiently
- Support the growing process by monitoring plant conditions and providing necessary care.
- Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and weeding, hedge cutting as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tools and equipment used in maintenance tasks including keeping any vehicles tidy.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Requirements
- Proven experience with hand tools and power tools is essential.
- Knowledge of waste management being an advantage.
- Background in gardening, horticulture or exterior cleaning. with a strong understanding of plant care.
- Experience in landscape maintenance practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills.

This role is a physical role providing our services outdoors. With PAYE or self employed positions available. We cover a wide range of locations throughout Cornwall with our work area between Lands End to Truro so the ability to get to site is important with access to a vehicle being required. If you do not drive, We maybe able to pick you up from a designated pickup point but this could not be guaranteed.

Pay: £13.50-£16.00 per hour
