We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and manage the seating arrangements efficiently
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff
- Serve food and beverages in a courteous and timely manner
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including table clearing and resetting
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Support catering events and special functions when needed
- Provide excellent hospitality, ensuring guests have a memorable experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for motivated individuals
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous
- Experience in restaurant settings or barista roles is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings as required
