Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for renewable heating technology?
We're looking for a Heat Pump Service Engineer to join our growing team, carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and repairs across domestic renewable heating systems throughout the RG postcode areas.
You'll be responsible for keeping heating systems operating safely and efficiently while delivering a first-class customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business at the forefront of the UK's transition to low-carbon heating.
Service, maintain and repair Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) and hot water systems
Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works to restore systems to full operation
Test, commission and optimise system performance
Complete service records and job documentation accurately
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with industry regulations and manufacturer standards
Deliver a professional, customer-focused service in occupied homes
Experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on renewable heating systems
Good knowledge of heat pump technology and hot water systems
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
Full UK driving licence
Salary up to £40,000
