I am Looking for a keen gardening assistant to join my maintenance team. This is a mon-Friday position all year round. occasional weekend work will also be available.
The work will include cutting grass, pruning hedges/shrubs, Weeding flower beds, applying compost and planting out flower beds. Clearing leaves in the autumn.
Must have full driving license and be eligible for enhanced DBS checks to work on school sites.
The ideal person would have:
- A horticultural qualification (not essential)
- Knowledge on shrubs/plants
-experience using strimmers & hedge cutters
- experience using lawn mowers
-general garden knowledge
- Be happy to work in all weathers to a very high standard
