Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care and support to residents during the night shift.
- Monitor residents' well-being and respond promptly to their needs.
- Assist with personal care tasks in accordance with care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all residents throughout the night.
- Communicate effectively with team members and family members as needed.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
- Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each resident.
Pay: £12.75-£13.20 per hour
