Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our small vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a high standard of service throughout their experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Answering phone calls and dealing with queries about tee times.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
- Take payments via card or Cash.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including dining spaces and shared facilities.
- Collaborate with our Chef to ensure all food orders are fulfilled.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support Other front of house staff during events.
Qualifications
