Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with learning difficulties
- Assist with male and female personal care tasks such as helping individuals to the bathroom
- Support individuals in arts and crafts activities
- Document and report any changes in the individual's condition or behaviour
- Encourage individuals with any challenges they may face
- Build a good rapport with individuals so they are able to come to you with any problems, if any
Requirements:
- Experience with arts and crafts is beneficial
- Previous experience working with individuals with learning difficulties is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanour
- Ability to pass a background check
- The right to work in the UK
