Responsibilities
- Assist operating theatre staff in surgical care.
- Develop and follow surgical care plans tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, and health conditions
- Support medication and discharge management under supervision, ensuring timely and accurate administration
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Use IT systems to document care activities accurately and update records regularly
- Support administrative duties related to clinical care such as stock levels, infection control standards, patient enquiries and clinical audit
- Contribute to a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any concerns promptly
Skills
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Experience working in healthcare or providing operating theatre care services is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to understand and implement care plans with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation and record keeping
- Compassionate attitude with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: £13.50-£20.00 per hour
