The Role
We are looking for an experienced Residential Sales lister / Negotiator to join our Baldock office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, customer-focused team. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
· Engage with clients and applicants professionally
· Arrange and conduct market appraisals
· List properties to sell
· Create marketing materials for listed properties
· Arrange and conduct property viewings
· Generate and negotiate offers
· Manage instructions and applicant databases
· Progress sales from offer to completion
· Secure new business opportunities
· Market properties across multiple platforms
· Promote the full range of Satchells services
· Carry out general office administration
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in residential sales (or strong track record in a similar sales role)
· Good knowledge of the property selling process
· Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
· Effective communicator with good listening skills
· Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
· Comfortable working as part of a team
· IT-literate with strong administrative ability
· Understanding of compliance requirements

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm (1 hour lunch)
1 in 3 Saturdays: 9am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
