Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and experience in sales administration.
Duties
- Manage and update customer information using CRM software, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with processing orders and quotations efficiently.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email or phone, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills with the ability to adapt to new programmes quickly.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and familiarity with various business applications.
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
