Workforce Bridge Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Birmingham for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner who is looking for a permanent full-time position within a professional nursery environment.
THE ROLE
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, learning and development for children aged 0–5 years.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS Planning and supporting engaging, age-appropriate activities Observing, assessing and recording children’s development Building positive relationships with children and their families Acting as a key person for allocated children where required Supporting children’s personal, social and emotional development Maintaining high standards of health, safety, hygiene and safeguarding Working positively as part of the nursery team Communicating professionally with parents, carers and colleagues Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is:
- Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare Experienced in working within a nursery or early years setting Warm, caring and enthusiastic Reliable, professional and hardworking Confident working with children aged 0–5 Knowledgeable about the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Able to communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues Committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare A positive team player with a genuine passion for Early Years

LOCATION

Candidates should be able to reliably commute to the nursery.
