Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding guest services, ensuring that every patron feels welcomed and satisfied throughout their visit. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with food preparation when necessary. Your ability to upsell menu items while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant’s ordering system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, to effectively upsell items.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and communication.
- Keep work areas clean and organised, following health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly disposition.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn about menu items is highly desirable.
Must be available everyday. Fixed days off are Tuesdays and Sundays. NO STUDENTS as we will need lunch shifts also.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
