Coyo Taco is bringing Miami's original street taco spirit to the UK, and our flagship in the heart of Westminster is up and running. Fast-casual restaurant and tequila-forward speakeasy bar, with a small CPU function in support. We're looking for a General Manager to take true ownership of the site and make it their own.
**The Role**
This is an opportunity for real autonomy: owning a location and a team, and shaping the culture, standards and day-to-day practices of a brand-new UK brand at its first-ever site. It's a fast-paced, hands-on, hit-the-ground-running role. Expect to be on the floor and leading from the front, not just from behind a desk.
You'll oversee the restaurant and bar, supporting a Bar Manager and Head Chef, with CPU as a support function, and reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
We're people-first. You'll be developing and training your team, building a culture people want to stay for, and setting the standard for what Coyo Taco looks like in the UK.
**What We Need**
- An experienced GM from a fast-paced restaurant environment, or an AGM with 2+ years' experience who's hungry for the next step up
