We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Lincoln, representing two exciting automotive brands: Škoda and Chery. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across both an established European manufacturer and a fast-growing global brand entering the UK market.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets across both brands. You’ll guide customers through the full vehicle purchase journey, from initial enquiry to handover and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in the showroom, online, and via phone
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles from both Škoda and Chery ranges
- Deliver engaging and informative vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Manage the full sales process, including finance and add-on products
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in automotive sales is essential
· A strong passion for cars and delivering excellent customer service
· Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Full UK driving licence
