Domiciliary Care Branch Manager
Location: Lowestoft
Salary: up to £45,000 Basic + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Job Overview / Introduction
Next Employment Services is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for an experienced Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to lead and develop a home care service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated care leader with strong operational and people management skills. You’ll oversee day-to-day branch performance, ensure high standards of person-centred care, maintain compliance, and support service growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop branch staff
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, care planning, and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and quality requirements
- Manage risk, safeguarding, and service performance
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the local community
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and support branch growth opportunities
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous management experience within domiciliary/home care is essential
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with a growth-focused mindset
- NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
