Rise and Style Recruiters is recruiting two Part-Time Assistant Shop Managers on behalf of a well-established retail organisation in London.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Shop Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Help achieve sales and store performance targets.
- Process deliveries, replenish stock, and maintain attractive visual merchandising.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and store presentation.
- Assist with cash handling and general store administration.
- Follow company policies, health and safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Build positive relationships with customers and the local community.
- Support and motivate team members to ensure the smooth running of the store.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working in a retail environment.
- Experience as a Retail Supervisor, Team Leader, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a similar supervisory role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
- Well-organised with strong time management skills.
- Positive, reliable, and proactive approach.
- Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends as required.
Desirable Experience
- Stock control and merchandising.
- Visual merchandising and store displays.
- Experience supporting volunteers or small teams.
- Working towards sales and performance targets.
- Knowledge of retail health and safety procedures.
