THE ROLE
Hylton Health Clubs is a premium fitness club opening in Purley this summer and our Reformer Pilates studio is one of its flagship spaces. We're hiring a Pilates Instructor to deliver an exceptional studio experience for our members.
This is a role for someone who brings real craft to their teaching. Someone who is precise, engaging and consistently excellent. You'll deliver group reformer and mat classes, support one to one sessions and play a key role in establishing the studio as a standout offering within the club.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver reformer and mat Pilates classes to mixed-ability groups
- Provide one-to-one instruction and tailored programmes where required
- Conduct client assessments and adapt sessions for injuries or specific goals
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming studio environment
- Build strong relationships with regular clients and support member retention
- Collaborate with the wider coaching team on programming
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Fully qualified Pilates Instructor - mat and reformer
- Comfortable teaching reformer equipment confidently and safely
- Experience delivering group studio classes in a commercial or boutique setting
- Excellent cueing, communication, and class management skills
- Professional, warm and invested in every client's progress
- Relevant insurance and up to date first aid certification
CONTRACT
Full Time or Part Time available

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
