What You Will Do:
- Provide friendly, timely, and personalised customer service at all times.
- Always be approachable and helpful — no request is too much trouble.
- Greet all customers warmly as they enter the bar or lounge.
- Keep tables clear and maintain clean glassware and crockery throughout service.
- Ensure bar and fridge areas are fully stocked before, during, and after shifts.
- Complete tasks and requests as directed by the management team.
- Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
