About the role
Goodwins Auto Salvage is looking for a practical, technically confident Business Systems & Platform Analyst to support the delivery of a new operational platform.
Working directly with the internal project lead, you will support process mapping, data preparation, testing, training and go-live.
You will also maintain and improve our existing Airtable systems, workflows, reporting and automations.
Following implementation, the role will evolve into ongoing platform support, systems administration, data quality and continuous improvement across our growing businesses.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of a new business platform
- Document processes and system requirements
- Prepare, cleanse and validate data
- Support system testing and user acceptance testing
- Track issues, defects and project actions
- Produce user guides and training materials
- Support staff during training and go-live
- Maintain and improve Airtable bases, forms and workflows
- Provide first-line platform support after implementation
About you
You must have:
- Previous experience supporting technology, software or systems delivery
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with data and business processes
- Confidence testing systems and identifying issues
- The ability to explain technical information clearly
- The right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- The ability to work full-time from our Macclesfield office
Experience with Airtable, Make, data migration, UAT, application support or Power BI would be advantageous.
