Weekend Guest Services Assistant (Temporary) – Hospitality
Location: Alma Place, Belfast
Pay: £15.50 per hour
Contract: Temporary (25 July – 30 August)
We're looking for a confident, organised, and customer-focused Guest Services Assistant to join our team during our busiest period of the summer.
This role is ideal for someone with previous front-of-house or hospitality experience who enjoys interacting with guests and can remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
- Saturday and Sundays from 11 July to 30 August
- 9:00am – 6:00pm
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests checking into our serviced apartments.
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries by phone and messaging platforms.
- Resolve guest issues professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate and assign daily cleaning schedules to our housekeeping team.
- Liaise with management to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the apartments.
- Help deliver an excellent guest experience throughout each stay.
Essential Requirements
- Previous front-of-house, hotel reception, guest services, or hospitality experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Confident using a laptop and online systems.
- Must have access to your own laptop.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
